Sweet Chutney

Description

This is a lovely sweet sauce for your dishes. Based on the original recipe in "The Classic 1000 Indian Recipes", Wendy Hobson editor, and shamelessly adapted to the ingredients I had at hand.

Method

  1. Soad the tamarind in hot water then strain to remove the seeds and chunky bits
  2. Mix the dry ingredients
  3. Mix in the tamarind tea and blend thoroughly, add water to achieve the consistency you prefer
