Scalloped Potatoes

Description

This is a basic scalloped potatoes recipe, almost the way I found it. This recipe is Gluten-free.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Peel and slice potato.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan, stir in any spices you'd like to add (salt, parsley, black pepper)
  3. Add milk and cornstarch to saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, then remove from heat.
  4. Layer in potatoes and sauce in baking pan.
  5. Cook in oven 350-375F over an hour.
