This is a simple recipe for a tasty side dish of carrots. It is gluten-free, vegan, and contains no preservatives.
- 4 medium sized carrots cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 3 sprigs of fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp of ground fenugreek
- a dash of ground ginger
- Place steamer in pot with bottom covered in water
- Place carrots in steamer, lay dill on top, and sprinkle fenugreek and ginger over all
- Boil covered until the carrots are tender
- Remove from heat, drain and serve.
