Dill Carrots

Description

This is a simple recipe for a tasty side dish of carrots. It is gluten-free, vegan, and contains no preservatives.

Method

  1. Place steamer in pot with bottom covered in water
  2. Place carrots in steamer, lay dill on top, and sprinkle fenugreek and ginger over all
  3. Boil covered until the carrots are tender
  4. Remove from heat, drain and serve.
